Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prompt Ninja v2 (promptninja2.ai), our Prompt Optimization Studio, MCP endpoints, or open-source templates, you agree to these Terms of Service with FutureTranz, Inc.

2. Dual-Licensing Model

• Open-Source Components (MIT License): Templates in /docs/ and developer workflows in /ai-dev-tasks/ within the GitHub repository are licensed under the MIT License for personal or commercial use.
• Proprietary SaaS Platform: The hosted Prompt Ninja v2 web application, automated eval runner, token compression engine, and multi-tenant RBAC services remain the proprietary intellectual property of FutureTranz, Inc.

3. Acceptable Use & AI Ethics

You agree not to use Prompt Ninja v2 to generate unlawful content, bypass safety controls for malicious exploitation, or violate third-party intellectual property rights. Enterprise and Pro workspaces enforce mandatory AI Ethics checks and OWASP LLM01 injection guardrails.

4. Workspace Accounts & Organization Governance

Workspace administration is linked to your verified GitHub organization login and/or FutureTranz Supabase authentication profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your organization members and API credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outputs compiled or generated by large language models require human review prior to high-stakes production deployment. Prompt Ninja v2 is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, except as explicitly agreed in a signed Enterprise SLA.
